Introducing our special new girl

Since we got involved with the Basset Hound breed, one of our favourites has always been Swede Sun Alsa. In 2014, Herman suggested we line breed to her, with our Ch. Hester Moravia Bray of Bassefied and Grandboy Moravia Bento of Lagen, belonging to Landi van Aswegen. After 2 years of waiting we welcomed our D-litter! Our excitement was quickly overshadowed by fear when we nearly lost Dete. Having raised this little girl on our hearts and in our prayers, we are now overjoyed to introduce her to South African show rings.

She has a fighting spirit that cannot be extinguished.

She has an affectionate and devoted nature that is so typical of the breed.

She has true construction that gives a “fantastic topline, lovely head planes, well arched neck, lovely outline, and a great mover” as described by our international mentors. And we have only love and hope for this girl!
