Working Breeds and Groups to be judged first, followed by Herding. Groups schedules to be judged at approx. 12.30pm. If Rottweilers are not finished by this time, Group judging will continue regardless. |
Rottweilers: Please note that this is a Specialist Show with gradings and critiques. Ringside attraction will be allowed. |

Entries are invited to the above competition which is open to all Working & Herding Breeds that have won a Best of Breed, Reserve Best of Breed or Best Puppy at all Championship Shows in Gauteng ONLY from 1st June 2008 to 31st May 2009. All entries for the Working & Herding Dog/Puppy of the Year competition must be on the relevant form (linked above) and must be accompanied by copies of awards. Exhibitors are reminded to dress in a manner befitting the event. No T-shirts, jeans, or shorts. Four dogs and four bitches will be shortlisted from each preliminary round. |

This show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa. All Exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. All Exhibits must be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by a Judge. Bitches in season will be permitted to compete in Breed Classes only. Due consideration must be given to competitors in Obedience, Dog Jumping, Agility and other Disciplines. The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative judges at its discretion. |
