Max was imported from Latvia in 2017 and only started his showing career in 2019. And what a show starting career it was for him and all of us at Ikangwa Bullmastiffs!

Max earned his Championship and Grand Championship status and 4 x CACIBs within 6 months. He also qualified for Crufts 2020 at the KUSA Nationals; he earned KUSA National Bullmastiff 2019 and SA National Bullmastiff 2019.

Max made the finals at Dog of the Year 2019 and appeared in the Animaltalk Top 100 ratings, and qualified and competed in Supa 7's 2020. Then the pandemic lockdowns ocurred and he didn't show for the rest of the year until restrictions started being lifted at the end end of 2020.

The moment Max start showing again he immediately took off from where he left off. He earned another 3 CACIBs and obtained his International Championship status, and again qualified for Dog of the Year in 2021.

Max also obtained his CBA and was awarded SA Bullmastiff of the Year once again in 2021.

We are very proud that he has, again, qualified for Supa 7's 2022.

While for some, these achievements may not be much, but for his short showing career we believe it is a lot.
