R50.00 per site per night. (No more than four persons per campsite – contact Alwyn if more required). Fee payable with entries prior to closing date. If you require electricity, please supply own SABS-approved exterior electrical extensions. Camping sites will be allocated by the Committee of the Bloemfontein Kennel Club only. R150.00 per day for a 3 x 3 meter space. These areas will be marked off and allocated on a first come first serve basis on the day of arrival. Payment to be made into the show account (Bank details above). Please fax a copy of your deposit slip together with your personal details, including contact details and the name of company/product. Sufficient parking has been provided and no vehicles will be allowed within the designated show area. Unhitched trailers will be allowed to be pushed in. (Please respect the grounds as special grass was planted for Soccer 2010)

This show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa. All Exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. All Exhibits must be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by a Judge. Bitches in season will be permitted to compete in Breed Classes only. Due consideration must be given to competitors in Obedience, Dog Jumping, Agility and other Disciplines. The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative judges at its discretion.
