Administration Fee: R30.00 per dog
Dogs that do not qualify will be refunded their administration fee at the show .
This year the "Goldfields Kennel Club Dog of the Year" Competition will be staged on Sunday 23 August 2015.
Entry is strictly by invitation only to the registered owner, domiciled in the Kennel Union area of jurisdiction, of a dog or bitch in any pure breed, which has won the highest number of BEST OF BREED certificates (Excl. FCI Best of Breed) during the period 1 August 2014 to 31 July 2015
Copies of the Best of Breed Certificates must be sent with entry. Those exhibitors qualifying will be invited to attend this competition. Owners will be advised if their dogs have been invited or not by email. Queries - 074 101 0177
Each Judge will select four dogs (of either gender) from each Group,who will go forward to the finals. Finals will be judged and scored points by three judges. Top points will determine winners.

All disciplines - R70.00 per dog per class, same dog in three classes R180.00
Flyball - R200 per team
CGC - R75.00 per dog with entries
Canine Good Citizen tests - can be entered on the day from 10h00 and judging after "A" Class but not before 10h30. Maximum of 20 entries can be accepted.

This show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa. All Exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. All Exhibits must be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by a Judge. Bitches in season will be permitted to compete in Breed Classes only. Due consideration must be given to competitors in Obedience, Dog Jumping, Agility and other Disciplines. The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative judges at its discretion. |
