All Herding, Working, and Terrier Group winners (incl. BBP, BV, BJ, BP, Gr 1) need to return for the Finals on Sunday – not to start before 2.00pm. Sunday's Group winners need to stay for the Finals to follow Swartland KC Finals.
Unfortunately, no setting up of gazebos on Friday due to COVID regulations, but there will be plenty of space around the rings for parking and benching. | Please respect the venue rules as we would like to avail of these newly grassed grounds in the future.
Please observe all COVID Protocols – social distancing; sanitisation; masks to cover nose & mouth.
Please prefer masks over plastic visors, which are found to lack optimum protection

1. Faxed or emailed entries will be accepted only with proof of payment submitted at the same time.
2. Reference on deposit slip: your surname (not dog's name or other).
3. Ensure entries and deposit slip are clearly legible.
4. No postal orders, registered mail, or postal entries please.
5. Please include your e-mail address on entry form.
6. Bring proof of payment and entry to the show in case receipt verification is required.
7. No numbers will be posted.
8. No entries will be accepted on the day of the show.
9. Money will not be refunded for incorrect entries.
10. Incomplete or illegible entries or those unaccompanied by the correct fees will be returned to the exhibitor.
Only Members of the Kennel Union shall be entitled to enter dogs in their registered ownership in any Championship Dog Show licensed by the Kennel Union.
This show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa. All Exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. All Exhibits must be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by a Judge. Bitches in season will be permitted to compete in Breed Classes only. Due consideration must be given to competitors in Obedience, Dog Jumping, Agility and other Disciplines. The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative judges at its discretion.
